Customers are responsible for providing accurate travel details, including pickup location, destination, travel date, time, and contact information. Aman Tour and Travels shall not be responsible for delays or inconveniences resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

The fare quoted at the time of booking is based on the travel details shared by the customer. Additional charges may apply in cases of route changes, extra waiting time, additional distance travelled, parking fees, toll taxes, state taxes, or any other service requested after the booking has been confirmed. All payments are processed through secure online payment methods, and customers are advised to complete their payment only through the official payment channels provided by Aman Tour and Travels.

Although our drivers strive to maintain punctuality, certain situations such as heavy traffic, adverse weather conditions, road closures, vehicle breakdowns due to unforeseen circumstances, government restrictions, strikes, or natural events may affect the scheduled pickup or journey. Aman Tour and Travels shall not be held liable for any losses, missed flights, business meetings, train departures, hotel check-ins, or other consequential damages arising from such unavoidable circumstances.

Customers are expected to maintain respectful behaviour during the journey and ensure that the vehicle is not damaged or misused. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, carrying prohibited substances, or engaging in unlawful activities inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. The company reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund if any passenger’s behaviour compromises the safety of the driver, vehicle, or other passengers.

Passengers are solely responsible for their personal belongings throughout the journey. While every effort will be made to assist customers in recovering lost items, Aman Tour and Travels shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to luggage, valuables, electronic devices, or personal property left inside the vehicle.

For airport transfers and tour bookings, customers are requested to share accurate travel schedules and cooperate with our support team whenever required. Changes to the itinerary after the commencement of the journey may result in revised pricing depending upon the additional distance, travel duration, or services requested.

We value the privacy of our customers and collect only the information necessary to process bookings, provide customer support, and improve our services. Personal information shared with Aman Tour and Travels is handled responsibly and is never sold or disclosed to unauthorized third parties, except where required by law or for the successful completion of the booked service.
